It isn't often that I have an opportunity to write a sincere appreciation and thanks for outstanding services! However, Virginia Home Care Services has given me reason to do so! Virginia Home Care Services is one of the best in their industry with countless outstanding aids and physical therapist! They are attentive and responsive to not just the needs of the family but more importantly, ensuring the patience has the right aid to meet their healthcare needs. You can imagine after a major stoke - the needs of my mother being many! However, Virginia Home Care Services met the challenge with several aids conducive to my mother's personality and new life changes. This was extremely important! They held my mother's hand every step of the way! They accompanied her to appointments and provided the necessary reassurance that everything would be ok! From Lovia, Reighn, Sophie, and Hannah (physical therapist) and others interaction with my mother, she's happier, more conversational, and motivated to reach and surpass all goals. More importantly, my mother considers them family and as she says it best, "I love you”. And you know what, I couldn't be more appreciative! This Agency and their employees - including back office administrative staff are phenomenal! The owner is always readily available and responsive (I mean like within minutes or the hour, literally) I say all this to say, if you are considering a home healthcare agency for your dear loved ones, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIRGINIA HOME CARE SERVICES! They are beyond exceptional!

VA Home Care Services provided me & my family with such dedicated care illustrating the entire process from the initial assessment to the ins and outs of the care provided on a daily basis. The nurses, office staff, and owners were all accessible, however, the most comforting was the amount of commitment and diligence devoted to my family during a time when I really needed it. I wanted a company that I could count on for specific needs and after searching & interviewing many I found people who treated us as family instead of handling it as just a business. I am grateful to have found them and feel obliged to inform others so that they may also have such a supportive community of people to advocate & assist in superior care for a loved one.

Everyone from VA Home Care that we’ve come across have been wonderful. The Owners, Staffing, Case Managers, Caregivers have all put my infant son’s needs first and advocated on our behalf. Being fairly new to this, the owners were well educated about the process, the system as a whole, and we felt comfortable reaching out with questions if needed. Our main caregiver is literally heaven sent and has made such a great effort to have a strong bond with our son. So far, everyone who has substituted has been great as well.
